 A typical home inspection reviews the condition of the home's heating system, central air conditioning system (weather permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; foundation, basement and visible structure.
The inspection generally takes 2.5 to 4 hours to perform, and the a detailed report is generated soon after the inspection. Besides the actual report, your will receive an inspection summary, a pre-closing checklist, and an 80 page full-color handbook on perserving the value of your home, all in an organized binder.
